Meet Rob Rave - Acuity Associate
We’ll regularly feature our associates and the work they do, this time around we want to introduce you to Rob Rave, who is he?
Rob has worked with senior individuals and teams in Vodafone Apple , UBS, EY , Deloitte , HSBC, BNP Paribas, Grant Thornton , Nivea, Cushman Wakefield, Lion Capital , Vision Capital, Hera Capital , CBPE Capital, Change Capital, Gereje Corporate Finance , London New Hospitals Project Office, John Laing, Sage PLC, Thermo fisher PLC, Travis Perkins and Wickes .He is an accredited performance coach and one of the most successful coaches in London. Rob is the only fully dedicated internal coach at EY working with partners and associate partners, working at any one time with over 40 clients on his books. Rob is also currently working with the board of a business who turnover circa £120m and the focus of his work is to enhance how they work together as a strategic leadership team. Rob’s clients include partners and directors and teams in a range of sectors including Real Estate, Advisory, Law, Tax and Financial Investigations. Most are these individuals are “serial highly analytical high achievers” who often are driven performers with areas of development that are ideal for 1 to 1 confidential coaching.
When Brendan set up Acuity he was really keen to get Rob on board and was thrilled when he accepted. They are currently working on new interventions to launch later in 2019.
